Introducing: Rock Bottom Road Show

Rock Bottom Road Show is the newest, project from Quad-Cities area musicians Tobin Kirk, Liv Carrow, Jason Harris, and Bryson Foster; each bringing decades of experience to the party. The band got its start with Tobin and Liv playing and singing together in a couple of old-time fiddle bands. The desire to take advantage of their prolific, original songwritingl ed them to seek out help to fill out the sound. And the search could hardly have been more successful, bringing together an ensemble that easily brings creative energy to the material.
The songs feature all the hallmarks of of classic country music: clever lyrics about heartbreak and lonesome nights, catchy melodies and harmonies, shuffling rhythm, and the irresistible twang of telecaster leads.
About Tobin Kirk
Tobin is a journeyman songwriter and musician with a story that has given him plenty to write and sing about. After moderate success as a founding member of indie power pop band the Red Hot Valentines, including national touring, and songs placed in TV, commercials, and video games, he relocated to Nashville to focus on songwriting. But life happens, and fatherhood ultimately brought him to the Quad Cities area. He put music aside for nearly a decade before life gave him too much inspiration to ignore. He has released a pair of new studio albums in the last few years, as well as a live album recorded during a stint of performances in the Netherlands. His writing has not slowed down, and the last few years have been some of the most creatively productive of his entire career. Tobin is planning another album and another European tour later this year.
